If you wanted to show it cutting the threads in one pass, maybe use a piece of material thin enough to fully thread in one pass? The main demo results in a partially threaded bore with a depth significantly less than the diameter...
Why tf does the material thickness matter. Its still cutting the thread in one pass. You can't see shit if they use a 3/4" thread mill for a 3/4" thread. They use a large diameter so you can see what its doing... jfc people don't even know the purpose of a demo.
