Can you please redo these instructional videos with a real person that's slowly going step-by-step? Too many little things that are popping up and disappearing on the screen and also it's hard to read the words and then quickly look at the screen at the same time there has to be another way to do these videos

Can you guys create more instructional videos with somebody talking and slowly showing step-by-step and explaining real life scenarios? I've had this tracker for months and it's just confusing, buggy, slow

I try to contact EBO support but it won't help, they didn't try to understand my problem even I try to make a short vdo like this th-cam.com/video/9xmrdOWQt9c/w-d-xo.html they just reply with copy and paste the standard procedure for adding the device. EBO company didn't try to understand your difficulty at all!!!

Can you please make a larger design for big dogs

Thrchand is covering the collar set up and makes it very hard to see how to do it. Where the inner video is shown for wrapping it around the collar or harness, is whats needed how to set it up. The harness on the the dogs in the video also looks much different than the final strap that comes with it. It’s the silicone base is very bulky on the dog. If there's ever an updated video, please consider doing an inset video for the strap set up.

I need one for more security reasons like hearing things around the house or mapping a certain area to maybe watch like a door or something with voice command while you sleep will be nice . Knowing it's a intruder, alot potential though

I have Ebo Air but this one doesn't have a laser and is for my cat and he loves it I get it 4 him I'm thinking of getting EboX cause Air get stock 2 often but it costs way more lol I'm checking if y can do the job cause my cat is lonely can't play much with him

Love my Ebo X and Ebo Air. Only problem with Ebo Air is that it can't cross any door or carpet transitions, so it's stuck in one room unless I pick it up. I was excited about the Rola Mini at first because it seems like it would be able to drive around my whole house. It doesn't have a laser so that's a deal breaker for me. My cat has no interest in feathers, but loves Ebo Air because of it's laser. Whenever she hears Ebo Air she comes running.
