I am more of a digital artist who does illustrations and concept art on photoshop. Due to job lacking bit, I had to join in as a Graphic Designer with only plus point of me was that I know the software Illustrator and Photoshop, but I am not much of a graphic designer but more of a artist, who was traditional but now got in digital. I was told by my senior to develop a Graphic Designer Instinct just as Artist develops his by doing art constantly... I understood his point, as its been only 4 months for me now, and I did lost my job even, but what got me was when he said develop that instinct, but I didn't understood how to do just that. Like when I see your posters, post, designs, I know I can make it like that when I have the end result with me. I wanted to ask you like how you come up with the idea or vision of knowing how your end result gonna be looking. Basically how you get inspired, or do ideation and stuff, your thought process of coming to the decision of what you decide to go for.
