Parents know that sometimes we get on the "Emotional Rollercoaster" with our kids and in front of our kids. We say things that we don't mean because we are frustrated and we can lose control.
Then we have to go back and apologize.
But we do not HAVE to get on that rollercoaster.
We can control how we respond to obstacles in our mind and help our children learn this skill as well.
