Nice! Thanks for sharing! Hope they don't tear down the High Line for casinos :(
That will not happen. If they build a casino, it would be built on top of the part of the train yard that is currently exposed, the Western most part of the train yard. It is a classic bait and switch that developers have used, promised to build affordable housing to get tax breaks and then switch to building something like a casino. Nobody was fooled but the politicians who approved it would be long gone by the time the switch takes place. So, they get to bask in the glory of support the middle class and pocketing the money during the "bait" phase and they would be retired by the time the switch takes place.
