Most of the responses from NUS management were decent, but we will have to see how well they can deliver on them when the next major wave of tourists come into campus.
There is a good reduction in tourists as the main season is now over. What is not over however, is the job that NUS management has to do.
There will be many problems to settle, like the chronic overcrowding on the shuttle buses, peak period crowding at Frontier, and dormitory safety. And most of these problems will only worsen as more and more people matriculate each year.
Although most measures disappoint, I REALLY hope that they will not drop the ball on this issue again. Fingers crossed.
