    You need a liveable passive income stream. I don't know how you've suddenly got this going in such a short time frame, guess you invested in the right crypto at the right time.     There arw many ways to move to thailand. The first thing you need is money or an income. Not 10k alot lot more or a regular income that you can sustain while living abroad, number two is a proper visa visa runs are not a good long term ideal and will lead you to getting rejected from entry. Three do you home work on where to live visit for a few months before making the move to really get a feel for things. Four make sure you do a proper budget and stick to it many over spend and end up in trouble. And five have an exit strategy.

    Don’t listen to people telling you to keep your hands up. There’s reasons why a lot of fighters keep their hands low, you shoukd only really keep it up if you’re exchanging blows in close quarters, keep it up and stick with your style

    8-15 reps creates more general fatigue which allows for less frequency. 6-8 demonstrably better rep range

      General fatigue, what are you gay? You are also wrong dude. It’s two sides of the same coin. Weigh up between intensity, frequency, volume. Must drop one. More volume - then less frequency. More intensity - then less frequency. You wanna use all rep ranges. Mechanical tension - low reps. Metabolic stress - high reps. Use every hypertrophy mechanism.

      Metabolic stress accounts little to no hypertrophy, its literally all mechanical tension. Attacks on character doesn't stop me from being bigger and right. You must drop some parameters to allow more frequency and there fore get more myops, intensity being the driver of hypertrophy through mechanical tension shouldn't be dropped. One way of getting more frequency is heavier rep ranges as the CNS fatigue is less so you can get away with more frequency.

      @@NaturalIntensity69 intensity doesn’t directly mean low reps brother. You can achieve intensity via training to absolute failure whether that’s 6,10,12,15 reps. If you want a F’d up back and joints in a decade or two then yeah go for low reps. We teach Combat Sports and Bodybuilding hybrid training here where we train weights at less frequency regardless, so you may not be the target audience dude.

      @@willvalefit I'm not saying Intensity means low reps, though you do get more intensity in a mechanical tension sense from higher loads as motor unit recruit hits higher thresholds earlier than if light. Light reps aren't inherently bad, there are movements where I do higher reps for injured areas for clients and myself. I don't train frequently either as I do H.I.T and MMA. My point being is look into the research and you'll quickly find that lower rep ranges will allow for faster recovery in all aspects for your benefit.

      @@NaturalIntensity69 I’m not questioning the benefits of 6-8 reps, I teach them both. If you watched the video I have examples of both rep ranges and I will programme 5x5 for some clients. My point is, use all rep ranges. You stated one is better. That’s not really the paradigm I’m operating in. Everything has its benefits. Do what works for you, people are different, some get on better with one or the other

    Nice technique, slow down and fast up. My only tip would be; hold it like 0.5s all the way up before going down. And if you've done that in a few workouts, do the same for when you're down so you can focus more on the fast movement for going up. And i saw a little push with your knees😉🤣

    I have very skinny arms and fats around belly. Can i get bigger arms and abs at the same time? I am about to join boxing gym. Should i lift weights along with boxing training?

      It's certainly possible man. Does completely depend on how long you've trained for, how many days per week you're training. Doing Boxing & Gym is a great plan for losing the bodyfat and definitely you want to be lifting weights. Plenty of free info on my channel on this as well bro

      If you’re competing in a strength competition yes. But no need to put unnecessary strain on your joints when there is almost zero extra gain sir. Also you lose all your time under tension, is your goal to work your bones or your muscles?
