Is the Nanofoamer Worth it? Subminimal Nanofoamer V2 Review & Comparison
Is the Subminimal Nanofoamer V2 worth it? In this video we explore whether or not the premium on the Nanofoamer V2 is worth it when compared to a standard cheaper hand held frother. There's many hand-held milk frothing devices on the market, but this one is not like the rest. Watch this Nanofoamer review and find out what makes this frother one of my favorite purchases for my home coffee bar.

How to Make Hot Chocolate at Home | Only 5 Ingredients for the Best Hot Cocoa
มุมมอง 71ปีที่แล้ว
It's starting to get super cold here on the East Coast so I thought why not make a classic drink at home. With this recipe, you can make a really simple hot cocoa syrup that can last you at around 10 cups of hot cocoa. The hot cocoa syrup that I teach you in this video here can also be used as the chocolate syrup in mochas or frozen chocolate drinks. ⭐️ Recipe ⭐️ 1. Put 1/2 cup of cocoa powder,...

Better than Starbucks | Easy Vanilla Latte At Home!
มุมมอง 176ปีที่แล้ว
One of the simplest / easiest latte recipes for your everyday fix of caffeine. Overall I think this iced vanilla latte is a lot better than what Starbucks often serves me and ends up being a lot cheaper than going there daily. In this video, I focus on keeping the steps as simple as possible because nobody has time to spend over 5 minutes on a latte. There are no special ingredients - just comm...
This looks a great, thank you.
What kind of milk did you use?
I used whole milk for this video!
Wow, 35 clicks 😮 I have read the information that 50 is the point to start. My Kinggrinder K6 is on the way, I hope I will test it next week. BTW, which espresso machine do you use?
It definitely varies by bean variety too. I was using a medium roast here! The machine I use is the rancilio Silvia v6 :)
@ oh .. medium roast, this explains probably this grind settings. Thanks!
Just got mine and I managed to grind my beans in 3 min, it was really tough and tiring. Is there anything I can do to make it easier? My grind was 26 and I pulled a decent shot of espresso, but my arm is killing me now 😂
Fine grinding for espresso is more tiring, but it also depends on the beans. You can try a darker roast for an easier experience. A few other tips are: 1. Correct technique. Hard to explain, but you should angle the grinder and move both hands. I couldn't find a good video, but you can kinda see what I mean here: th-cam.com/users/shortsALBIyfqKgI8 2. Don't push through when coffee gets caught., go the other way instead until it releases and then continue again. Honestly, I should do this too, but I'm stubborn. Other than that, keep going I guess, it gets easier after a few times. Could be just my experience or could be the oils in the beans, who knows.
@@zestr870 thank you for the tips. I got two week old darker roasted beans and it was much easier to grind. And I don’t need to grind that fine, I went up to 35 this time and it went great. But investing in an electric grinder might be the way long term.
I think you can actually attach a drill to the middle section that is responsible for rotating the burrs. I believe it was mentioned in the instruction manual that was provided in my k6. I never tried this method or done much research on it but if you have a spare drill laying around and some time to research how to do it then this might be helpful for you!
Use a power drill instead of the crank
Is it good with hot chocolate powder I really dislike mix it manually
I tried it, it was disgusting 🙃
Doing the quick test of which setting to use to pull some espresso is really helpful as I ordered this grinder yesterday and I'm waiting on it. Will be using it for espresso too!
Glad it helped! Since each bean is different your settings may need to be tweaked but from my usage across a few different beans it always falls within the range I showed here. Hope you enjoy the grinder :)
@@DrinksWithRay Super helpful. Thank you so much!
how long to mix? mine came out like yogurt
I’d try to add a little bit more milk. Not too much or it’ll be liquidity. I never mix mine for more than 1 minute!
use both. i introduce air with regular foamer then i use nanofoamer then push the foam down by tapping the nanofoamer to the top layer of the milk few times to decrease the foam. it miky the milk more silky and have balanced foam. i dont do any latte art but i like these steps more because it ensure the milk texture taste better with coffee.
That’s awesome! I never did that before as I find my current method gives me silky texture already
Cool summary. Full review, please. Thank you!
Bought one too. It’s awesome, especially for $99! I recently took a trip and brought it. It made my coffee experience much better.
Nice! It’s definitely tough to find a grinder that performs this well at this price point. I considered more expensive hand grinders but for my use case (which is just for vacations really) this makes the most sense
Me too. I was thinking of the 1ZPresso J-Ultra, but decided I didn’t need to spend double the price of the K6.
@@NativeNewYorker66 I’m getting into coffee grinder!! Would this one make okay Pour over coffee ☕️???
@@RisingLazarus I don’t make pour over coffee, but this grinder is multi purpose and highly recommended by Lance Hedrick. So yes, it does.

❤️ I hope the video was helpful!
Lmao..... Are you telling us to let you know because you haven't tried it yet? 😂
Maybe? Just kidding, I wouldn’t do that haha. I definitely noticed a difference!
Have you ever seen granulated sugar lmao
Bad analogy on my part 😅
Not bad actually 😂. Nah i’m joking it looks insane
Thanks! Still got so much to learn and improve
Cheese foam is super simple and easy to make at home. It only takes a few ingredients and tastes great on iced teas or iced coffees. Here's how to make a simple salted cheese foam: ⭐️ Cheese foam (makes about 2-3 servings) ⭐️ 1. 2 oz cream cheese or about 56 grams 2. 3 tbsp of whipping cream or about 45mL 3. 2 tbsp of milk or about 30 mL 4. 1 tbsp of sugar or about 12-14 grams 5. 1 tbsp of condensed milk or about 20 grams 6. 1/8 tsp of salt (I used kosher salt because that’s all I had but normally you would use sea salt) 7. Cocoa powder as a topping (optional) ⭐️ Cheese Foam Iced Latte ⭐️ 1. Fill a 16 oz glass with ice 2. Pour in a double shot of espresso or cold brew concentrate (~40 grams or to taste) 3. 12 oz of whole milk (or about 355 mL) 4. Top it all off with as much of the cheese foam you made 5. Stir it in or not - that's up to you (comment if you like to stir in your foam or not)
