What is the priority date? If a person (from the Caribbean) was to start their process would they be given a priority date in 2024 or earlier?

Great video Eb3 is the best 🎉 Even though the wait times are overwhelming, i always look at it this way..if you've lived most of your life elsewhere for 2 or more decades, waiting for 2 to 3 years for a visa with all these benefits shouldn't be a very big deal 😊😊😅

Hi, it won't be you can be recruited to work in the renal unit. Most companies recruit for HDU/rental units. You can reach out to various agencies and ask.

Please can you tell me if its the norm for a USA employer to ask an international nurse to get COVID vaccines currently?
Yes, it is the norm. Every international nurse has to take it. It is also a requirement for nurses in the US to have prior employment. If you have health or religious issues it can be waived.
I like your videos but all these sound effects were very LOUD, distracting and pointless. Please refrain from adding sound effects or at minimum check to see the volume. They were so deafening had to stop the video and move on to something else.
