December 7th 2024 leaves Member States with eighteen months to transpose the European Directive on strengthening the principle of equal pay for equal work or work of equal value between men and women through pay transparency and enforcement mechanisms.
Our attention turns to transposition, with Eurocadres kick-starting a two-year project on how pay transparency can be implemented for professionals and managers, where gaps are most stark.
To discuss the directive we hosted a webinar on what has been won and next steps, which will include the presentation of a research report on the topic.
