Why do people not cut cakes into layers? This is an enormous amount of cake to be two layers only. Culinary school 101 that cake could easily become 4-6 layers. This is just lazy. Also when did "bakers" stop using the tried and true method of working the frosting down from the top of the cake to the bottom using an offset spatula? WTF
