Sensor could cause a intermittent no start on any vehicle. Also experienced a no start on an F150 with E4OD transmission. Forums community also said it can cause a no start on the 6.0 Powerstroke. 4R100 5R110 F250 F350

4R100 from 2003 F250 7.3L. Didn't have thrust washer that Jimmy on Transmission Bench said it should. Forums led to a site that explained that Ford changed the design of the sun shell in later models and it did not use the thrust washer or have the locating tab slots for it.

Awesome machined kit from Wild Horse Manufacturing. Builds a good base to shift the previously electric shift motor only NP273 to manual shift. This transfer case was from a 2003 F250 7.3L. Bought the kit from their Ebay store.

7.3l Powerstroke. Instrument panel and accelerator pedal not working. Fuse 45 blown. Short inside shift lever for overdrive on/off button.

1997 F150 5.4L, all lights were intermittently flickering due to main plug on alternator not being completely plugged in.

That’s the same problem with mine, where did you get the replacement part?
I just jerry rigged it, didn't replace plug. Cut the corresponding wire behind the plug and ran a little length of new wire to other side of plug, basically bypassed the plug for that 1 wire.
I want one for an Np 233 for an s-10!

How are you going to make the shifter linkage?
I haven't got around to it yet. Wondering if the 271 shifter linkage would work or need modified. Or might just attach a bent piece of metal for leverage and crawl under truck to engage 4x4 for now.
I'm in the same process of doing that to mine I got a shift linkage from Facebook marketplace
