YEDİ - Seamus Mullen
Seamus Mullen is an award-winning chef, cookbook author and health and wellness expert. He is also well known for his restaurants Tertulia and El Colmado. Seamus Mullen was diagnosed in 2007 with rheumatoid arthritis, an autoimmune disease, that forced him to rethink his relationship with food, and led to his first cookbook Hero Food. Through food, exercise and lifestyle changes, Seamus was able to successfully turn his health around and overcome what is considered to be an incurable disease. He shares his story through speaking engagements and workshops around the world, and has been featured in major publications. Seamus works directly with a number of leading brands to help them better align their products and services with his principles of wellness.
In August of 2017 Seamus released his second cookbook “Real Food Heals: Eat to Feel Younger + Stronger Everyday.” And in May of 2019 he launched his first podcast “goopfellas” in collaboration with Gwyneth Palthrow’s lifestyle company, Goop. He currently is working on his third book and splits his time between Los Angeles, Brooklyn and Dutchess County, New York.
