Creative grieving glue book for grief therapy

I am doing all I can to move forward in the grieving process. It is hard to feel creative when you are mourning the loss of a loved one...
In this video, I show what background pages I have done so far and what I hope to achieve with this process.

In the beginning I played with many different mediums. I started drawing at a very young age, but gave it up for many years. Then one day after years of wishing I could be an artist, I began my journey. I have a list a mile long of things that I have done, but I only kept the things that I really liked. These are are just a few of those things I enjoyed creating.

My neighbor gave me some fresh gourds to use in my decor. I was so excited to create an arrangement with them in this 2 tiered tray from Dollar tree. I used several thrifted items as well. Bella claimed this cloth when it comforted her when I got her. she had been rehomed 5 times in 5 months at the beginning of her life. I removed it because she was chewing holes in it, so for her safety, I removed it. she found it in a closet I was cleaning out and tried to get to it. when I pulled out some boxes, there it was. she is so happy to have it.
