fronts have a 20mm spacer rear had a 17.5 at the time, currently running an 8 mill

No, that's def just the oe 20 AE bumper with the inserts removed so he can show off his front mounted intercooler. There was no cutting involved, and "cutted" isn't even a word.
Neither is a front mounted intercollegiate, unless you know something we don't, Lol...

Gotta roll those fenders out just a little. Get those wheels in nice and tight. If you like the poke, that all you, just I would roll those fenders and get then flush, Will also make the car sit lower air'd out

hey i have a vw gti mk4 and am wondering what wheels you have and if you have spacers? i am on coilovers and tried to lower my car today but my wheel rubbed on my coilovers when i lowered it more
Sam McCown If they are stock wheels, use 5mm spacers. Start going through forums and reading about offsets. Check your offsets as well to ensure you have the proper spacing to clear your coilover springs and nuts.
Scott Hanson okay thanks for the info man. I'm on 18" tsw ' s with two 5 mm spacers on each side. When I made this comment I thought my wheel was running my coil over but it was rubbing my fender cause I went too low. I'm buying some 17s so I can go lower
If you go 17s with a super thin tire you will be going lower while making you car look like its on roller skates.

Although the power band is smooth in these, the steering is a tad too soft and power to weight ration isn't ideal for someone going fast. Trust me, I own one ahahaha

What size spacers are you using on your fronts? I've got the same rims, but yours are poking in the front quite a bit more. Looks good.
