Once you place a credit spread, do you have to manage, or exercise if it doesn’t drop? If it expires above the strike price does essentially nothing happen?

Quick question: how do you get out of a credit spread that is going south and losing money? Do you just close it out? How exactly do you cut your losses on it?

I love the example of the small accounts and extremely small accounts. I think most people have accounts around the 10k-1k range

I found credit spreads to be a waste of my time. You could be right 75% of the time and All it takes is one bad day on one bad trade and your gains are wiped out. Selling the wheel strategy is much safer and a better use of time in my opinion. The only time I would sell credit spreads is when my account is under 10k.

Hi Corey, great video, I love the naked put strategy and how to manage it using the roll and down, but let me know a question, the only problem is when we get very trapped ITM and all the rolls we try don't generate credit. At that point we stop having control of the strategy, right?
