Aloo Soyabean Ki Majedar Sabji | आलू सोयाबीन करी | Chef Nasim
Aloo Soyabean ki curry ek swadisht aur protein-rich dish hai! Yeh recipe aapko banane mein madad karegi:
Ingredients:
- 250 gm soyabean
- 2-3 medium aloo (potatoes)
- 1 medium pyaaz (onion)
- 2-3 cloves lahsun (garlic)
- 3 medium tamatar (tomato)
- 1 teaspoon jeera (cumin seeds)
- 1 teaspoon dhaniya (coriander powder)
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon haldi (turmeric powder)
- 1 teaspoon lal mirch (red chili powder)
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoons tel (oil)
- Fresh dhaniya, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Soyabean ko soak karein aur boil karein.
2. Aloo ko peel karein aur cubes mein kaat lein.
3. Pyaaz, lahsun, aur tamatar ko chop karein.
4. Ek pan mein tel garam karein aur jeera daalein.
5. Pyaaz, lahsun, aur tamatar ko sauté karein.
6. Aloo ko add karein aur cook karein.
7. Soyabean ko add karein aur cook karein.
8. Dhaniya, garam masala, haldi, lal mirch, aur salt ko add karein.
9. Curry ko simmer karein aur garnish karein fresh dhaniya se.
Tips:
- Soyabean ko soak karna zaroori hai.
- Aloo ko cubes mein kaatne se curry mein acha texture aata hai.
- Pyaaz, lahsun, aur tamatar ko sauté karna zaroori hai.
- Curry ko simmer karna zaroori hai
