Concert organist based in Switzerland
Sofia Korsakova plays Salamanca by Guy Bovet
Live recording from the concert in Ermelo, the Netherlands at@ContentOrgans concert hall.
The piece: Salamanca from "Trois Préludes Hambourgeois" by Guy Bovet (*1942)
This organ, the Concerto Jubileo 40, was created to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Content Organs. As the main Concert Organ in the Concert Hall in Ermelo, this four-manual digital organ has over 300 organ stops, each reflecting distinct styles from various eras: German Baroque, Dutch Classical, French Romantic, and early 20th-century English Symphonic.
Furthermore the organ is expanded with a library of over 120 orchestral ExtraVoices.
The Concerto Jubileo is a digital organ, but with a unique patented pipe resonator system in-build. Over 100’s of pipes and tubes are working as amplifiers on the recorded organ pipe harmonics, which gives the most true-to-life pipe organ sound experience possible for a digital organ.

My first experience playing a digital organ. The video is recorded at @ContentOrgans - a Dutch digital organ company. Content Cambiare 315, one of the models from the virtual organ collection from Content Organs The Netherlands. The organ in this video is equipped with Hauptwerk and Sweelinq sampler software, I’m using the sample set of the Vater-Müller organ in the Oude Kerk, Amsterdam (NL). M...

It's magical! You have a wonderful channel with interesting content, thank you!
Very nice. I grew up in the episcopal church where organ is a staple. Was nostalgic for me. Thanks!

Go Sofia
suuuch a fun piece!! especially loved the ending!!
Spettacolare!!!!
この作曲家については何も知らないのですが、不思議にドメニコスカルラッティやイベリア半島の音楽の雰囲気を感じさせてもらいました。意欲的な演奏、どうもありがとう。👏👏😍
Salamanca noggusantoe!!!! Wat een heerlijke compositie en wat overtuigend gespeeld! Salamanca op dit elektronisch Contentorgel. Een goed huwelijk!!
Wunderbar❤
I must admit, I enjoyed this MORE than I'd hoped. I love the pipe organ, and certain music really resonates with me on this instrument. And THIS is one such piece. I'm likely more a modernist in some ways and a postmodernist in others, in which the music uses the fascinating practice of extended techniques (your left hand percussion) which really grab you early and is supported by a reminiscent theme with a wealth of different textures later in the piece to really showcase the beauty and versatility and RELEVANCE and USEFULNESS of the instrument today! These modern interpretations leave me feeling rejuvinated, fascinated, inspired, and enthused. Brava!
I must admit, I did not enjoy this as I'd hoped. I love the pipe organ but certain music simply doesn't resonate with me on this instrument. And this is one. I'm likely more a traditionalist in some ways in which the music hook grabs you early and is interlocked in a prelude and fugue. Modern interpretations leave me feeling distilled and awkward.
Such a lovely interpretation, Sofia!
What stops are you playing with your left hand at the beginning? Because the microphone doesn't seem to have picked up anything aside from the noise of the keys.
That was the goal actually 😄 I just used the quietest flute 8’, so that it sounds more like drums as it’s written by the composer 🥁
i was also wondering about this!
Очень интересная музыка и замечательное исполнение! Brava Sofia ❤

OMGoodness! I know this music. Wow, so many voices to make the thoughts. It is the new talent with the new toys that shape the future of today's and tomorrow's organists. I see your notes on the music to make it your own arrangement; great!
@@robertaulicky8954 thank you very much!
Povera Sofia, dover eseguire una musica così brutta 🤨🤨... che poi chiamarla musica... 😮💨mmmm... io la definirei cacofonia ...
Niente affatto, adoro davvero questo pezzo ☺️
Great 🩵
Thank you ☺️
Perfect. Can’t wait to hear you play live. Do you have some dates? 🥳👏
👍👍👍 😄
Esecuzione elegante, precisa e di altissimo livello. Bravissima!

Flawless,,, Magnificent,,, it's as if Bach composed this especially for YOU!!
@@FatherKeeg thank you so much!
You have developed exciting footwork, no heel. How different is the total electronic organ and sound from the real thing?
That’s very interesting- being able to use the sample set of other well-known organs will be a boon for students and audiences.
Yes, that’s true! ☺️
Stop playing Bach and make something new up. We have all heard these works ad nasuem. There is nothing you are doing that is fresh except you are rather cute.
From the mist of eternal times ..................... thy royal chariot flusters seeking refuge.
Excellently done.
Thank you!
That is such a bright sounding instrument and your light touch brings out the brilliance. You have rekindled my love for Bach.
That’s very kind of you, thank you!
