Thank you! Yes, the reason I didn’t go for the tummy tuck is because of the down time. Now that my children are more independent and thanks to having many more convenient options now like food and grocery delivery, I may get a tummy tuck and breast lift. Hopefully I can work it into my budget 🤞🏾🥰

Sorry for the late response! I say just follow all the directions they give you for the best results and quick healing! Don’t be afraid to ask questions in your follow up visits because most of the nurses there have had procedures themselves, so they are very resourceful from their own experiences too!

The trip in total was was about $3k. After paying for the rental car, airfare and Magic Kingdom tickets, I had $1500 spending money. I didn’t have to pay for hotel, because we used a timeshare. I always like to make an itinerary of things we want to do and an estimated cost for everything so I know about how much I need for spending money. Also there are a lot of good Groupons for things to do and restaurants in Orlando!

Anytime I lose weight my stretch marks are more visible on my stomach and it looks like an oatmeal cookie!🤦🏾‍♀️ If you just want to get rid of some stubborn body fat, this procedure is for you, but if you want a flat stomach with no stretch marks, you would have to get a tummy tuck because that removes the fat and cuts away access skin!

Yes, I still have a stomach, but definitely not as much! I hate seeing the commercials that say “if you are tired of diet and exercise, then this is for you” LIES!!! They will tell you in the office that your results depend on you, and you still have to diet and exercise to lose the belly completely. The pandemic set me back a lot, and I am back to pre procedure weight, but my stomach still isn’t as big as it was before. They did offer to go back in and suck more out, but I didn’t want to go through the pain again! Just be honest with them, if all your swelling is down and you still aren’t happy with the results they will take more fat out if you want

🤣🤣…it was a seafood boil, but not a very good one! The one we had at Crafty Crab was good! There’s nothing like Louisiana seafood!!!

@@tamikabenful for me it wasn’t that painful I didn’t feel much during the procedure a few burning sensations towards the end but it wasn’t terrible I was half sleep…. Then I only took one prescription pain pill when I got home and after that all Tylenol …. The healing wasn’t bad at all I’m now 16weeks post

@@RemilanePlus4 yes! Massages along with compression help to mold your body and make the remaining fat distribute more evenly. Helps with the skin reattachment and make your swelling go down faster

I’m sure you are still swollen! You sound like me around that time... I was pissed off because I didn’t see any difference. I think it was 3 months before I started seeing results, but 6 months before all the swelling was gone. Try to stay calm, you will see it soon. Things that helped me see better results was walking (I only walked for about 30 minutes 5 days a week) and a low carb diet.

Wyndham Bonnet Creek, it’s a resort. I’m not sure of the price because we stayed as part of a time share. They are very clean and the staff is wonderful! I would say check it out...you may be able to get a really good deal if you are willing to listen to one of their time share pitches!😉

🤣🤣🤣 it is a mess! I learned to sit on the toilet with my legs as wide as I could get them and lean forward! Congratulations... It’s a slow road to recovery, but you will be very happy once the swelling goes down!

Yes, but just mild exercise. I would walk about a mile up to 5 days a week.
