someone stop this man
In my opinion that is way too big for that tractor. Look how deep that is. that's a lot of stress on these small tractors
Can I buy your driving knife? Mine needs one . Oh, doesn't look like you have one either .
Just ran across your video. I recently purchased one and cannot find what screws, or bolts are used to attach the saw base to the table? Any info would be appreciated.
Do a search for the model number, you'll see a site pop up called replacement parts.. It has full diagrams of what you're looking for. Allot are discontinued though .I was just looking at it.
Holy cow man That is definitely not the way to use equipment Retire or get another hobby you should not be teaching people that. Whatever that is
Thank you for the video.
That looks like a pain to remove, ive gotta do it to mine
Greg, do you still have your flail. Are you still liking it? Or is it junk?
Nice job that’s a big stump for an e32 .
Thanks Greg, i was thinking about getting a rock bucket for my sub compact deer so that i could get all the rocks separated and removed..from my garden area.. seems like the buckent doesn't really do what i imagined but it would still help to relocate the rocks after you dig it up ,, overall are you happy with the way that bucket works? Thanks again
It is a little heavy for the machine. Filtering the rock out and making a pile would probably be best. Sorry for the late response.
I have the AT 145 and after about 10 hours of use one of the belts and the tensioner craped out. It is impossible to change the belts. Just not enough give. The reason it failed is that one of the belts was installed upside down from the factory. I would not recommend the BestCo product.
Yikes!!!
Like watching paint dry

Whats the difference between rts10 and the 20
The 20 has a folding stand, and built better than the 10. You can store the 20 on a shelf, and transport it easier.
Great demo ❤
Did the flail do a good job mulching the leaves?
Pretty good. They don't disappear, but they are in tiny pieces. I do it this way to save hours on the lawnmower.
How much does your balata box weigh?
700 pounds I think. 8 bags or so of concrete and a bunch of steel.
Looks like bought his tractor to use, and he is using it. I saw nothing unsafe about how he was using the tractor other than having his rops folded down.
Wow
Thank you for the video. I can't find this belt any where. I'm assuming its a standard 21 inch v belt? I can probably get a tractor supply?
Yes. Sorry I'm late.
You need a backhoe or a stump bucket. That's not the proper use of a rock bucket.
It was fine really.
@@gcrmills it's not fine. It's actually irresponsible to show & tell others this is proper use of a rock bucket. It's not safe for the operator or the equipment. Fortunately you have a low number of views and even lower subscribers seeing it.
I spend about $3k per year for rock to be delivered to my farm. You are removing it from yours. But, the rock I have delivered is put on certain spots for certain purposes. You should never have to pay for rock anyways.
Every spot I try to dig a hole is a rock. My Dad is 3 miles away, found a single rock in his garden. Fun stuff.
I don’t think this is dd hive
Maybe not, but I bought it straight from them.
appreciate the videos on this mower with this size tractor! have you put it in any 'woody stem' sapling kind of cuts? if so how did it do? I just ordered this mower to use with my LS XG3025, 24.4 engine HP 19.2 PTO. I know those numbers are less than what the company says it requires, but I am seeing all kinds of videos of these running on smaller tractors.
Only a little bit really, but it all disappears.... with a lot of noise.
th-cam.com/video/3jOZAJwBT2Y/w-d-xo.html
Did you NOT replace the tensioning nut?? You'll run into problems later on :/
th-cam.com/video/3jOZAJwBT2Y/w-d-xo.html
Well it was 2 years ago now, so far so good.
How to change the oil please
You might have to turn it over, and let it drain out the filler.
a good idea. It's definitely a lot quicker than using a brush.
We used a brush last time.... took days.
@@gcrmills 😄
I know I'm commenting a year later but, there is also another plug in front of the transmission ( a smaller one) to drain the front half. If you didn't drain this one, you'll still have about a gallon of water still in the transmission.
Yeah I got that one too, then flushed it with diesel. Taking all the gears out made it a little easier to shovel out the sludge.
Love it when they're talkative ! I know I'm dumb but I can't count the time I spend with my chicken talking to them and imitating them. They're wonderful animals, really complex and clever :)
I would argue that anyone who doesn't spend a bunch of time talking to chickens is dumb. ;) I talk to mine every day! Scientists even believe they are likely as intelligent as a 4 year old human!
Great video and who sells Frontier brand tillers
Thanks. I bought it at a Deere dealer, with the tractor. It took a couple weeks to come in though.
Good Job!!
You still like the mower?
Yeah it is working okay. Once I figured out how to not overwork the belts, they are fine.
Thanks for the videos. I just got the same flail and boy the problems. My question would be have you been able to find out the approximate height for each of the holes for the rear roller? Also setting the skid height in relation to the roller cut height?
I put the skids all the way down, and the roller a little higher. The skids sort of sink it, so the roller could be even higher I guess. Maybe the roller is supposed to hold it off the ground? Guess I don't know.
This tool is for scooping rocks and items from Loose dirt. Not digging them out of the ground. Might need a excavator for that.
I could pay somebody else to do it, too.
@@gcrmills That seems like a good idea.
a TABLE SAW ? Just exactly what are you DOING ?
If you run a chainsaw a lot, the bar edges curl over, creating burs. This does not allow the chain to ride on the bar correctly, so it doesn't cut right. I mounted what is called a "grinding disk", basically a sandpaper wheel. A homeowner should probably have somebody else do it. This is actually quite a standard process.....
Do you think a 2025 would handle it or should I stick with the 49 inch? Was thinking the extra weight would help. Idk.
Well it is the same horsepower, how wide is the 2025? Does 49" cover the tire tracks?
Where can one find the seals?
I measured them, and found an equivalent. They are a standard size, even though they are from China.
That chicken is asking for it
Wild day farming rocks. Great video!!
Thanks. I could pull up rocks like that every year, rock city.
Has it bent those rams or busted them off yet?
Well I'm not abusing it, so no.
@@gcrmills you are missing the point. Using a rock bucket in that way is abusing your equipment. It's not designed to dig like that. Apparently you have not busted anything yet so you think it's fine.
Curious your thoughts on the Betstco flail? I'm in the market for a flail, they are near my house, and the prices are awesome. Kinda scared by their reputation for bad quality/service.
Well it is pretty cheap, it works though. The metal is thick and the welds seem good at least.
How much for rock piker
$1100 I think?
Just bought one free delivery $1430.99 - today, will be 12 days to be delivered. Mainly looking to use to clean brush & ? - out for a new driveway. For a skid steer.
Thanks for subbing to me Greg. Really enjoy your channel. I subscribed initially as I was looking for videos which featured the John Deere 3025E tractor. I'll be getting one next month, equipped with a flail verge mower 🤞
Yeah it is like a tank. My neighbor bought a smaller frame Kubota, the tires are like dinner plates, that would have been terrible.
I have same mower and belts failed last week. What belts are you using? Not clear from your voice. Thanks.
These were cheap belts, as in the cheapest. They have held up for a year now though, I just don't let them smoke anymore is all.
Your top link pin is about to fall out. The safety pin fell out the first 10 feet
It fell out, and I put another in.
How far out from the right tire does the mower extend or what is the distance from the center of the pto shaft to the edge?
6" or so I think. The brackets can be moved over another 6".
This is the exact tower I just purchased from someone. When I try to find it the Rohn site only has the 55G folding towers with a much different lower section that the crank cable connects to. Do you have any other info I can use to find out more about this tower? (I need a new base plate) Any help is appreciated!
Look for a Rohn catalog, maybe on eBay? It has everything you need to set one up. Rohn 55 is a lot bigger stuff, as you probably saw. This one is a yard in the base, and a 1/2 yard in each hole, per the catalog. 8 guy wires, and it is 70' tall. Should be a lot higher, but it was high enough at the time.
You are going to bend your loader arms
I did
The arms bent, really?
