Is there a setting to change spark gap? Roughing electrodes will use a different gap to finishing electrodes.
Yes you can create different spark gaps both geometrically and in the data (if the geometric spark gaps are not successful).

Sir, Can you make some more tutorial for beginner to be very clear ?
Not to be critical...but this would not work. Do a realistic work(not something theoretical, as you show here)), if you want to show how much the productivity can actually increase. Show how do you go around the problems, this software creates. No.1 how do you machine the inner sharp corners on electrode itself.....We are making the electrode exactly for that reason - no way to machine inner sharp corners with mill!!! So you cannot make the complex electrode as one piece, but you have to split it into pieces, which are machinable...not the crap you show here! Looks like you have never made a real electrode in your life...!
+Jiri Tichy You are correct - I have never designed an Electrode, however, the example here is not to demonstrate how to design an electrode (I suppose that s your job) but rather the ability of the software to create electrodes on the most complex of geometries. BTW this part was given to us by a reseller who received it from a customer wanting to see how the software deals with complex shapes.
