Two idiot siblings arguing over their bad habits. Phoenix mostly is the never stop working guy, watching over his two little sisters, the older one is the most immature and the youngest is just too naive for her own good and his messed up sleep patterns are because of it. While Miles is the guy who's a workaholic but with proper time schedule but he forces himself to sleep jo matter if he's screwed up emotionally and ends up sleeping at his job, generally at his s office on his not that comfortable couch, which makes him get more tired then he was before sleep.

I find this relatable because when I wake up, I see replies from my girlfriend from about 4am on my phone. I’m convinced I’m dating Dracula

as someone who has a friend that also stays up until 5 am because of timezones i can confirm this is how it actually feels like lecturing your friend so they go to sleep (im a hypocrite)

This video is hilarious. But seriously, please get more sleep. 4 hours isn’t anywhere near enough. It’s all fun and games until you actually become future-you. Speaking from experience.

What Phoenix said about REM sleep making it worse can actually happen. For those who don't know REM sleep occurs several times throughout sleep and cycles through, the longer you sleep for the more the cycle repeats and the more REM sleep takes up of the time you sleep. However there are instances where you wake up during a REM cycle and if that's the case you will still feel extremely tired even if you've slept a proper amount of hours. Technically all Phoenix would need to do is wake up a bit earlier or later depending on his schedule to avoid this as that will result in the REM cycle not starting yet or finishing if he constantly wakes up during one at the times he usually gets up.
