Couple things: Someone already mentioned your front foot is too high when you're going for tre flips, which I agree with, I'd put your front foot closer to the tail as well. Another thing, I'm not 100% 'cause it's pretty hard to tell just based on a TH-cam video, but your board sounds waterlogged. I would recommend getting a new deck, if not a full complete. Your wheels seem a bit worn down as well but that's pretty normal, you're not rolling so I can't comment on the bearings, but your setup in general seems a bit aged, you might have better luck with a new complete. Also, for practicing tricks specifically, I would recommend tightening your trucks a bit. I know it's fun to cruise with super loose trucks, but when you're trying to get your foot positioning correct you seem like you're struggling to stay balanced cause your trucks are getting wheel bite. Having your trucks this loose makes it even harder to get consistent tre flips. Also the last side note unrelated to the tre flip: the lil kickflip move you keep trying to do where you get on the board is a lot easier if you put your two feet on the bottom of the board inbetween the trucks rather than on the nose and tail. Maybe you're going nose/tail for style points, idk, live your best life. But if you wanna get that lil kickflip mounting thing down easier you can just do it in the center of the board and it's a very organic motion good luck with the tre flips brother, you'll get there soon. once muscle memory kicks in you'll be good for life.

Your board is under rotating because your front foot is way too far forward. Your front foot shouldn’t be anywhere close to the front bolts for a 360 flip. Also, you aren’t scooping enough with your kick foot. You can do this.

I love the talk on colors an matching, as a senior skater these days, its always these hangers, these bases, this spacer, these bearings, this specific bushing, and always the same size. Once your locked into a style you just stick with it. dawon song has a good story on why he rides no bushings on his nose.
