This is a 500w Inverter and this can upgraded to 1000 Watts. Previous video contains how to wind a ferrite Transformer. Link :----- • Ferrite Transformer Winding For INVER... Today I came up with the 2nd part of this Inverter. This is about how to make a 500W Inverter. This inverter IC is TL494 and this inverter upgrade up to 1KW using 8 Mosfets, and the ferrite transformer should be winded using 2 coils and should use high ampere diodes. ( MUR1640 ). ✴✴In previous video I couldn't include some very important things. After you made the Inverter , if the Mosfets heat a bit, there are two reasons: ✴1) If you use local Mosfets , it can be happen. You try to use original Mosfets and you can evade that problem. You can use old UPS removed Mosfets like 100N03L. ✴2) When we wind ferrite transformer , before we set the ferrite cores. We must clean the ferrite and want to put the gum drops. Tutorial in the video. ✴✴ Other important thing is, after you made the inverter, don't check the voltage using a multimeter . If you do this your multimeter will burn, because of high frequency voltage. First you want to make diode bridge (using high frequency diodes like RGP30 or MUR1640 ...etc) and load a filament bulb in serie, then you can check the voltage . Don't plug any other instrument before setting the H - Bridge circuit. H- Bridge circuit also comming soon . ERROR 1st segment should be the same as the rest, with source voltage connected to battery and emitter, NOT 22K and 10K. Also requires current limiter and voltage limiter not shown otherwise will overheat. Batteries should not be disconnected other wise circuit will over heat.
