Couple of things to be noted of :
1. Translations may contain some inaccuracies.
2. When they both said let’s get marry, I’m not sure if they meant to say to each other and if they are it’s obviously a joke. Or they just meant marrying in general. As what they said is a bit ambiguous. However, I thought it was cute so I included in the video.
3. As for the birthday surprise, Hokuto thought Kazuma will be late as all the memebers already showed up but turns out Kazuma already came 1 hr early and picked up a cake that has no cream for him since Hokuto hates cream.
