Walk through a market in Mandalay, Myanmar
Imagine !stink sandal. Looks like you are enjoying yourselves!
Is it raining everywhere. In NS we had 3 solid weeks of rain , wind and rain and then cold.and wet. We are now in Vancouver, more rain and no sun in sight for at least the week ahead. That is as far ahead as I have looked. I want the sun. Please find it for us in your travels. Loved the look at another country. Have fun and safe travels.
@@janemcgill6576 We had a minute and a half of sun during breakfast but clouded over again. Undaunted, we are getting a motorcycle today and headed to the coast. Leaving for Dong Hoi tomorrow….maybe!!!
It was Fun!!!!
Good to travel along with you.
@@janemcgill6576 Thanks. Sshima and I are headed to central and north Vietnam next week then on to Laos and India.
Good compilation,
This is a wonderful video to show how areal Moroccan market looks . Tks
This was a super interesting market! If it wasn’t there in some shape or form, you don’t need it!! LOL
I remembered doing the day trip from Langkawi to Koh Lipe, transferring from a speedboat to the traditional Thai boat, then immigration desk on the island - staying for 6 hours and then back to Langkawi before sunset. The following year, I did stay at Koh Lipe for 3 nights after staying in Krabi, Koh Phi Phi Don and Koh Lanta
crazy gorgeous, I love swimming, not sure I would like super warm water. but yes, heaven again
Safe to say this is another heaven
great video. Beaches are my thing, those tiny paths, not so much. Gotta wonder how ya know if you're gonna have enough gas. I was glad to hear you turn around. None the less, when you say adventure,,, I think it's an understatement. I wonder how uneasy you might feel, finding yourself so freakin remote, what if you needed help. Seems like you're hours away from people
There are some amazing beaches around the world with almost no one on them. As for being remote, you can almost always find someone to help you and people are SOOO friendly in most countries. I remember breaking down in a rice field somewhere in Cambodia and found a young boy with a hand full of tools and he got up up and running again for free….though I think I give him $5 which made him super happy. And if were weren’t for Google Map GPS being so horribly bad at getting you places it has provide me great adventures into places I’d never even thought of going.
looks like heaven to me
Wow... I know I could not be in the downtown areas..to much going on for this ADHD gal..but that water fall and that greenery, sumptuous .
What company did you go?
you can get anything you want ..
سلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته تبارك الرحمن الرحيم 👍 مشلعليتبرل 👍 يوفقك يارب 👍 مشلعليتبرل 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
There are a lot of departments in that Dollar Store, even has food and delivery! Can’t beat the variety. You’re right, if you can’t find it there you don’t need it. What next? Waiting.
That was something. I can agree , you sure can get lost in the market. You need to leave a trail of breadcrumbs to get out. I hope you show where you are staying.
This market was a hoot but we went through it too quickly because the farmer was there shopping for stuff and we had to say with him. I say too fast but we were there for over 2 hours and didn’t see it all.
Wow!!!... Just wow!!!
Looks more modern than where we were. Keep the coming.
Intriguing… So flat! So little traffic, is there more animals wagons than cars. Do the swimmers indicate it has warmed up? You still look bundled up.
The water had to be freezing. I think these were young boys trying to impress the girls because when they got out their bodies were shaking because they were so cold. Oh to be young and try to impress!!!
Nice one buddy
Fez is the soul of morocco im sure lot of tourist just see the cover of the book but not open it welcome to our beautiful city fez
I liked hearing the giggling when the video started as I knew you must be having a good time. I was surprised at how good the highways were & how organized/ clean the city was. Your last video in the market / tannery area was not as first world. Interesting though.
You only saw the good roads. Some of the back roads weren’t wide enough for 2 cars and would be easy to take off the exhaust system when you pull over far enough. Traffic wasn’t bad outside the cities but when you get into urban areas it can get a little white knuckled. The lines on the road mean nothing so you can have 6 lanes across on a 2 lane road. All part of the adventure!
Looks chilly. Love to see the countryside.
Wow. The images surprise me. It looks so green and you looked dressed for coolish weather. Looking forward to hearing more about the Blue City.
Love chefchaouen ❤
Country side looking good. Animated clips!! You are upping the game!😮
Oh wow, the Blue City!! So awesome..
Beautiful City
It was until it starts to rain and then you need a life jacket!!! LOL
I think this is my favorite of your videos. So much color & the music you chose put me right there. I hope you got something from one of those pastry shops. One looked like it was selling giant rice crispiest squares though I’m sure it wasn’t that. The Moroccan tagine meal looked incredible! What an experience you’re having! I’m envious.
Hi nice to watch your srilankan series, which country your from ?
Originally I’m from Canada but I spend half my year traveling. Where are you from?
@@mywinterescape4u2 iam from srilanka
@@SK_0310 It was my third time in Sri Lanka. Beautiful country!!
@mywinterescape4u2 yeah wonderful country you have many places to visit here.
Thanks , glad you enjoyed. I’m Canadian though have a business in the US but spend a lot of time in Asia as well/
Sure brings back memories. I agree with Nanc. The tanneries are something else. Wow, the plane rides !!
I was lucky on the flight the guy got sick, I was on the aisle and could get away from him. The poor girl who had the window seat was stuck!! What a mess!!!!! She deserved a free plane ticket to ANYWHERE!!
Great video. Wish we could smell the tannery! Now that is memorable. 😮
I’m not sure I wanted to smell the tannery but I’d sure love to see it in person. Any previous pics of tannery’s( especially in India) show how the men don’t have any protective clothes & how their legs & arms would be dyed the color they were working with. Amazing!
Beautiful!! Fun trip buddy
I enjoyed this slice of life. Keep doing these videos. They’re wonderful!
Thanks Grace. Seeing Nancy next month in Spain, I got voted as the driver!
Your video provided a glimpse of Sri Lanka that revised my preconceived notion. I expected a denser population and more hubbub. Looks like many other rural communities. Toward the end of the video after the big waterfall and gazing over the cliff, it looks like a crop circle. What are the concentric circles? Looking forward to seeing Fez.
I went back and looked and I’m pretty sure those are tea plants, it’s mostly what’s grown on steep slopes
Toilets? really? Dude you really need to step up your travel vlogging game
You sure are covering lots of territory !! Safe travels. Hope you find a camel festival they are so much fun
And next month I’m driving Ms Nancy around Spain. LOL
❤❤❤❤
Thanks! :D
I enjoy your trip Nice sharing
Thanks!
Thanks for a vicarious adventure for us in frigid Maine.
I was a little late getting that out, had filmed it before Christmas but deleted it by accident. I need to keep my fingers away from the delete button!!
Sri Lanka … this area is not at all what I imagined. The Santa parade and the Panama graveyard were a treat. FYI … your travelling Princess sister will be cross referencing google maps with the old style paper version when we hit the trails in Spain. Cannot picture the van on those roads. :*)
I was wondering where you were. It has been a while. Last we heard you blew up your bike....so glad you are back on the road !!
Great video, thks for sharing! Did u need cash for the park fees? Or do they take card or have atm closeby? We are fam of 5 coming frm langkawi so it’s a lot of baht needed upon arrival 😅
You do need cash to pay the fee when you land. I had gone to a money changer on Langkawi and got a little bit to pay the fee before I left. The fee is 200 baht for adults and 100 baht for kids so I;d get a little bet of baht before you leave Langkawi. When you get to Koh Lipe there is an ATM about 200 meters up walking street on the right in front of the 7/ eleven.
@@mywinterescape4u2 thk you 🙏🙏
There are no throngs of Chinese people like 6 years ago.It is so beautiful.
I know, seemed so quiet compared to 6 years ago. It’s been like that in several places I’ve been.
Great video of landscape!thanks for the vicarious travel.
Due there next week. Is there any risk of buying ferry tickets on arrival (in terms of selling out)? I have quite a tight itinerary
I don’t think they will sell out, the ferry was only about 1/3 full when I went. If you’re staying in Pantai Cenang Beach area it might be smarter to buy your ticket there from a travel agent because they will take you to the ferry. There may also be a ferry out of Kuah but not 100% sure of that. I bought mine from Addy at Rainbow Lodge because I’ve known him for years. He’ll drop you off at the ferry and pick you up again.
Hi. I was wondering the same as I am also going. Did you got tickets on the spot or booked in advance ?
@@sarahm772 I bought my tickets from Addy at the Rainbow Lodge and he gave us a ride to and from the ferry terminal and he charged slightly less then at the ferry terminal.
Nice Vedio 👍🥰
I love the candy pink temple. It’s so green from all the rain, I guess but beautiful
Hey Grace. Glad you enjoyed it! Except for the east coast it was a bit more touristy than I like but still such beautiful drives in the mountains. Not many people see the island on their own and opt for trains or buses though you and Jim could do it in a tuk tuk for $25 a day!!
Great look at a country I’ve never seen. I like your down to earth look at things. You’re living the dream Peter. Keep it up
