These are what I used, they say lift but I thinks it’s a typo. They fit my truck fine. They have another listing for what looks like the same shackles for $10 more

@@murkyturkey5238 You must be talking about sale because people who drive Chryslers report more problems with their new vehicles than every other car brand except Land Rover. Chrysler is the #2 worst car brand, and everything under their name is in the top 15 of the most unreliable. That includes Dodge, Ram, Jeep, Fiat, SRT and Chrysler all made the worst list. Ford owners reported far less problems in the first two years of ownership than any brand under the Chrysler umbrella. Stelantis or whatever they've changed their name to now. It's all the same junk.

So why did you swap a 6.7L Cummins in... The 5.9L Cummins is a better engine, no questions asked... The engine in the beginning of the video is a 5.9, My truck is a 2005 with a 5.9L ISB Common Rail... 2004 Didn't come with a 6.7L, So why swap one in?
More displacement, 6.7’s spool larger turbos a lot faster than a 5.9. I don’t see why not to swap one in if you’re gonna go as far as building a whole motor. Might as well go all out🤷♂️😂
@@Bob20206 Okay that's true but the 5.9 is a way better and way stronger motor... Hence his cracked pistons...
@@Jeko_9785 the 5.9 blocks aren’t as strong as a 6.7 block. If you’re gonna build a motor and make it “strong” to handle 1000HP it doesn’t really matter which one is “stronger” from the factory. Cause you’re not gonna use the stock POS pistons and rods etc. 6.7 all day, 5.9 is in the past like the ppump lol

@@Jeko_9785 I do. I’m having a 5.9 12valve put together right now for 1200HP after splitting the camshaft. If you want to make any diesel fast you’re gonna have to open up the motor. A 6.7 is gonna do everything better than a 5.9. Same with a common-rail compared to a ppump. I use to think the 5.9 was better too until I educated myself. Same with the ppump😂

I don't see how any of the driveline parts handle the power. My truck is pretty stock at the moment and I feel like my 1000ft/lbs and 450hp is enough to break some stuff if I were to launch it hard. I stay away from 4wd launches for sure
You’re definitely taking a gamble every time you do it! This is engine #3, front axle #2, transfer case #2, and probably transmission #5 lol

Brother I saw your comment in a sloppy mechanics vid. I also want to learn how to swap a 5.3 whether it's a third or fourth gen f body but I'm a complete noob. Where can I get the best info to get started?
If it came with an LS1 from the factory then it will go in exactly like the ls1. On my 6.0 there is a bolt hole for the alternator bracket missing on the 6.0 block that you will have to drill and tap. If it’s a factory lt1 or 6 cylinder then you will need to source a k member from a ls1 car
