actually now i can replace the char, i did with two different char one with metahuman asset and one is custom character from metahuman creator. the character from metahuman creator have problem with the head. the head position is moved to bottom durring when simulation

You can use the platform for free at all times, including Core and Live, through our website. The Professional plan at $96 gives you 36 hrs of animation playtime and you can download FBX data and stream Live data into external software clients.

Indeed you require nothing else beyond the 1 year Professional plan to download or stream data into external clients. The plugins are all free.

Mustafa Berke Güreltöl - Studio is a large file. Takes a while to update. Have you made sure that it’s fully updated and downloaded?

@@Radical_3D I downloaded it from scratch. Steam automatically downloads the most up-to-date version from the server, so no update needed. The error says that there's a missing executable file: Radical-Studio.exe

@@Radical_3D Yes, I have NVidia GTX 1070 Max-Q Design on my system. But I also have another graphics card, Intel HD Graphics 630. The software might identify that video card instead of NVidia if you haven't taken that into account during the development process. We were expecting to add new animations to our video game by using Radical.

@@MustafaBerkeGureltol - shouldn't have anything to do with the NVIDIA card (although you likely won't be able to run real time on a GTX 1070 Max-Q). Either way, normal processing should still work.

Hi Astralia - it's available everywhere. You don't need our mobile apps any longer. You can live-record videos straight from your desktop camera through the upload page on our website (just hit the blue button). You can also upload videos to the upload page recorded on other devices, with your phone or otherwise. getrad.co/uploader/
