Oh Jesus Christ, I've seen some random videos about "AI winter" every week for a year now and every time with less and less sensical arguing, whilst at the very same time AI keeps advancing at a crazy pace... Are you actually serious?

AI winter is a a shallow phrase and an exaggeration. . , progress has been steadiy in the past the past . Funding dips are real, but research keeps humming along, leading to the breakthroughs we see today.

I haven't seen any forecast of an "AI Winter," but rather an author's desire for it to happen. It's not a consultation, it's a campaign. I'm out.

There are intelligent entities that already don’t have 100% accuracy, they’re called humans. A legal system exists for that. Also, no system is 100% perfect, so the legal system al also already exists there. The problem can be solved. Laws are already not well thought out. It takes time for laws to mature.
