If you guys want to help your dad with he’s diet you have to cut the portion’s down and don’t eat late in the evening You father has diabetes and should stay away from carbohydrates I strongly recommend fasting also this will fix’s he’s his diabetes forever No gravy that’s is what is helping your father stay sick Go to the gym as well
