Great job and thank you for letting me know what and how to clean my new deck that hasn't been stained yet. I have been wanting to clean but knew not to pressure wash $6000.00 worth of new wood. Question! If I finish doing the gas station with SH can I add this Caustic mix to my SH tank with SH for say a super concrete cleaner?

What is your downstream ratio? Seems like it would dilute that quite a bit.

1-2 % SH is ideal, and use a low pressure tip when rinsing

What does asphalt look like after you’ve cleaned a concrete pad with degreaser? You could see the runoff on the asphalt.

Are you using an 8gpm machine or a 5.5? Looks like an 8.

New subscriber. What did you use for the pre-treatment? I was trying to guess if you'd use bleach for the drive and patio or if sodium hydroxide would be better...

Would the white tip on a 4000 psi unit be too much pressure on a travertine pool deck? Cracks are pretty tight similar to yours in this video. Customer requested not to use surface cleaner. First time doing a pool deck.

For everyone asking what chemical he used, he is making it himself. Does everyone realize you can use ChatGPT to find out the ingredients and ratios for just about anything, then you can mix up your own cleaners for pennies? Is it dangerous working with pure lye, muriatic acid, surfactants etc? Absolutely. But it’s so much cheaper and can be better when you can actually add a little more d-limonene, a little more NaOH, make your surfactant thicker or whatever and dial in perfect results for pennies instead of adding more of that $40/gal cleaner bc you over diluted it. $300 at lab alley and I have enough of everything to last me 3 lifetimes.

so u are mixing the naoh at about 4% . then u are downstreaming it who knows how much, lets say 8:1 at best case. so u are spraying 0.5% Naoh. and its still working that good? i ve tested 5% today on my barbeque grill and its not so strong. am i missing something?
