I just found your show a few weeks ago. Glad to see you are still at it. Been working my way through all your podcasts episodes. There aren’t many scout podcasts and I appreciate finding your show. Keep at it!

The name change opens the group up to people that a step in the right direction. Most groups (about all of them) are not co-ed girl troops, boy troops, this seems to work best for the children's growth. I'm glade my daughter can be involved just like my son. God bless.

It's not just a name change. The boy scouts was a place for boys to learn to be men. Society has destroyed every space for boys. The YMCA (young men's Christian association) includes women who otherwise would belong to the YWCA. Now you will include girls. Most school teachers are women. Where do boys go that isn't dominated by women? Girl scouts are for girls. This trend contributes to men who never learned their roles and responsibilities in society. Men have a " man cave" now because despite owning a whole home, the relegate themselves to one room to escape the feminine influence. If we raise boys like, and along side, girls....all we end up with is women.

"Youth of America"? Ummm no. Sorry, you don't overcome misogyny in a name change...

good video,,, i would still suggest moving the equipment to its own video 'You see, the greatest resource that any scouter could have. It's not a website, it's not a book, it's not even a podcast. You have good information but need to break this into 4 short videos. The team building. The preparing for district competition. Scout spirt video. Scout master minute video. Just add the dad jokes to some or all. Think of your viewers as cub scouts if it is too long and covering too many different topics you lose them.

Hard to believe there is still a Boy Scouts organization left.
