That's right! They must've added this to the game recently (since so many of us complained, lol). For anyone reading this: Go to the Great Games Camp in the Heart of the Plains. Locate the trader, Koranu. She now has a legendary Fortified Headgear and a legendary Confident Waistcloth design. However, because you retrieve these from a trader in the Heart of the Plains, I bet these legendary designs are exclusive to The Sky Breaker DLC. There is another legendary headgear design exclusive to the Secrets of the Spires DLC. My game is just bugged at the moment, and I can't get it 😭

What level are you? It was brought to my attention that if you are a lower level, your stat range is lower.

@@ebruckneryt5361Perhaps. I’m under the impression that this apex memory increases the damage or health of newly crafted weapons or gear. I would think it doesn’t have an effect on the individual stat ranges in the Hunter’s Guide. Get this apex memory and let me know if you get increased stats! I’m very curious!

@@ChillwJill​​⁠​⁠I did recently just get the memory and it does seem that when you are looking at the stats yes it does boost them I am currently looking at the stats for whipfang crawler tooth and says max is 255. Only thing confusing me is I just went and killed one perfect and it still shows to give the 176 for the tooth even though I do have nimble gatherer 3 going also.

@@ChillwJillside note to my other comment i don’t know if it’s a glitch in the game cause i was collecting cones and items of that sort and it does give the full boost so i was collecting the cones at 255, but when it comes to teeth and items of that sort it says it will give the boost so the teeth will be higher but when collecting them it will show them as a lower number. Could be a glitch in the game I don’t know

They have versions supported by Microsoft and macOS. Then I watched a bunch of TH-cam videos to learn how to tweak the settings to record PC gameplay. I think that is a wonderful idea to start recording videos! You say you're not one to make walkthroughs, BUT I said the exact same thing one year ago... Hey! I read your comment and I logged into my game and defeated the base again. (I had an old save file where I already completed the first two rooms.) When I was in the last room, a second wave of enemies did emerge after I damaged the laser’s lens the first time. I let the enemies kill me and the second time I did it, no second wave of enemies ever spawned. Therefore, it seems like it may be a bug. Ever since they released the DLCs, I’ve noticed more and more bugs in the game 😔 I am sorry you are having this issue. You’re so close to the end! 😫

@ update: I completed it!! I think it was a bug with one of the AMP suit RDAs dying out of nowhere, hence triggering the second wave of enemies. Thank you for your tutorial and all the work you had to do to get it perfect.

When you hack each terminal, store the hack instead of executing it. Do this for all three. At the end, equip your SID and execute all the actions at once!

I’m sorry to hear that. That happened to me too. When I ESC to the main menu and went back in, I was able to do it. Did you get out of your game and try it again? This DLC is very buggy.

@ChillwJill Unfortunately it did not help me but i did get a CK after defeating the other 2 and then hitting the elder in the chest right before it screams.

Hey! I'm sorry, I don't remember where you get that from. Solali is a trader at the Great Games Camp, so I would assume you get the mod in The Sky Breaker DLC? She does have a legendary Solali’s Beaded Weight mod for your spear-thrower, though.

Maybe keep trying until higher level spawn?

I guess they don't want everyone crafting high-powered weapons early on 🤔 I went into my own game and compared two save files, one from level 25 and the other at level 30. I'm sorry to hear that. Thankfully, all the stormgliders respawn indefinitely! Also, even if you do not get a clean or merciful kill on a stormglider, its horn is still a higher stat than if you got a clean kill on one of the wildlife with exquisite horns!

@@ChillwJill What makes it worse that i did actually get a clean kill which is pretty rare for me, haha. Do you know how long it takes before they respawn?

I just go to pass time fire sit thru 3 turns and usually they have respawned. I got al my stormglider parts from elder high above clouds. Settled for 90 dmg on horn.

That is an excellent question. I don't have the answer, but with my two mods equipped, it boosts the damage from 765 to 852. I have a legendary grip mod and an exquisite weight mod. If I had better mods, my spear-thrower would deal even more damage. Maybe the range of 308-1042 means if you equip the right mods, the spear-thrower can go up to 1042 damage. I cross-referenced the Hunter's Guide, and for this design, we are using the strongest bone, horn, and bast, so as long as you max out the stat range of these, then the problem lies in the mods. I wish I could make a mod location tutorial, but the game is designed to give you mods based on what the game thinks you need, so it will be random and different for all of us. Have you crafted that spear-thrower? What damage output are you getting?

@@ChillwJill I play on Xbox without mods, and my crafting gave me exactly the same stats as yours-765 damage. If the game has introduced any recipe that boosts crafted item stats by, say, 30% (or allows stacking crafting boosts beyond 20%), I haven’t found it either! 😂 With the 20% boost, the max is 765. To reach 1042, the crafting boost would need to be around 60%, which, unfortunately, seems impossible for now - or for me xD

Hmmm, sometimes when I go to an area, it takes awhile for a legendary to spawn. Other times, they spawn instantly. Maybe try passing time a couple in-game days and then go back?

Ok, thanks. another issue about legendary vs exquisite is the mist shell. Exact same location but it says exquisite instead of legendary 🥲

@@hannahskogstad9320 Oh no! That's terrible! I experienced a lot of bugs in this DLC. I hope this issue gets fixed as soon as possible. When you collect the exquisite, is it actually exquisite or legendary? This is definitely a known issue with the Octofin Fishbone, where when you fish, the rarity is displayed as one tier lower than what is gathered.

Has anyone found an old storm glider? There is a challenge on Ubisoft Connect. I only find them for adults and this challenge is from Secrets of Sphires.

Right?! The Jagged Range looked intimidating at first, especially since some of the RDA bases in The Sky Breaker were challenging to do full stealth. But I was happy the developers "copied and pasted" the two RDA bases in the Jagged Range. It definitely made things easier. 😂 The map location tutorial will be out today! 😊 Good luck to you!

Thank you for watching and for your kind words! While I am only guessing (after hundreds of hours of gameplay), Nimble Gatherer 3 only affects gatherable flora, not any of the gatherable wildlife. However, eating Nimble 3 shows a higher stat range on everything gatherable in the Hunter’s Guide when it should only affect the gatherable flora. Therefore, we will never get the higher stat range shown on wildlife when we eat Nimble 3. We are falsely led to believe we will get that. In the footage, at 14:34, when I have the fury 3 buff active, the stat range of the legendary stormglider tooth is 131-141. At 15:48, you can see me collecting the legendary stormglider tooth with a stat of 141, which is the highest stat from my Hunter’s Guide. I am sorry you have this problem in your game, even when you haven’t eaten Nimble 3. I would log back into your game and look at the Hunter’s Guide again with no food buffs active. See what your stats are. If you still encounter this issue, I would open a ticket with Ubisoft.
