I'm Esti and from today (Sydney Marathon 2024) onwards this will be my channel to document my growth in running, training and overall well-being. If you like the video give us some love.
As you might have noticed I have a stoma bag. This was from a decade of gut issues and inflammation from Ulcerative Colitis which led to having my colon removed.
Now this will be a topic of conversation for future videos since it changed my life for the better.
I hope to make a positive impact and help people with IBD. My main goal was to create a channel to talk about stoma and gut issues but I love running so much, I realised that it was smarter to combine both subjects in one channel.
