Hi! I also have the same unit. I saw some tips on the internet about the spen. Find an empty big ballpen barrel or a retractable eraser that can fit the spen so that it's easier to hold and will work like a real pen. Hope it helps! :)

Hello! I hope you can help me :( my case is already full charged (white light is on while it's still on plugged) but when I open the case, the right earbuds is blinking red light. While the left earbuds has no light at all. What does it mean and what should I do? I'm confused and worried that it might be defective. I just got it hours ago. Huhuhu. Thank you so much 💕
