Is that a 1:19 call at the end?
Niiice
thank you
The stroke seat is so handsome and althetic
I think four seat is the most handsome
Another great video, amazing to see the fluidity build as time goes on in this boat
Bow 7 looking silky… rest of the boat not so much
why are you guys so slow
that looks unreal
What do the exaggerated tap downs do
When you pause on the rock over, your hips are rotated forwards, your shoulders also. As a result your hands will sit lower on the vertical plane of movement.
Bay bay)
Thanks James
How come you guys don't train with a bucket rig as you won the gold in Paris with a bucket? Does it matter all that much or not?
how come only some of the guys have telemetry on?
Love it
You guys getting paid 6 figgies for this!?? 7 seat- lunging, 6 seat-checking, 5 seat- bent outside arm, 4 seat- where do I begin?, 3 seat- leaning, 2 seat- slipping, 1 seat- skying.
Paid in gold.
Maybe win an olympic gold and then u can talk bud😂
They get payed fuck all and there better athletes than you’ll ever be mate so simmer down
???
troll post

Babe wake up, James Rudkin posted
Love to see these videos, but was wondering what HR you guys paddle at? Is it UT2? I would assume since it is a 20k but do you go high ut2 or rather low idk just very interested 😅
Absolutely love these videos, so glad you're posting again
unreal
mesmerizing to watch
Another incredible video James thank you
Legends
We were doing feet out from Hammersmith to Richmond Half Lock as 16 year olds
We were cutting lumber in New Forest at dawn, shaping it into an 8 man shell and then polishing it on the rack by the very same evening. A quick pull on our pipes and then we'd push off and row from Kingston to Tower Bridge feet out. Boat back on the rack and then we'd gather for a stiff drink and cards whilst smoking woodbines. We were 15 years old.
24k feet out, incredible
Great to see you have a channel James
Was wondering what the exaggerated flow was hoping to achieve? Congrats on the Gold!
Hi Adam, the purpose was to: encourage complete separation, discourage sticking at the back and pausing and transferring weight back into the feet before starting the first turn of the wheels.
WTF was that.....200m in and you cut the vid?
Excellent videos - showing all rowers what technical work underpins being best in the World. we can't all do altitude :) , but feet out, feeling the run, the place + drive, patient draw + send, and methodical poised extraction and hands away are all matters that can the focus on any water. Inspiring stuff
that first one is a pretty big guy
awesome
Big up the grange unisuit
