Bodø 2024 is the largest cultural project in Norway in over 10 years and the largest in Northern Norway ever.
Because it is here, north of the Arctic Circle - at 67 degrees north - that there are over 1,000 events during a whole year.
The setting could not have been better, because Nordland, which is perhaps the country's most beautiful county, is Norway in miniature.
