These kids have not upheld the Mana of Haka, the words are mispronounced and said in a way that sounds like they are trying to speak Ōlelo Hawaiʻi Rather than Te Reo Maori, they are all doing the actions in a different way from eachother and the speed at which they are doing the actions looks as if they are just flopping their hands up in the air. How this Haka is being done would be fround upon by our Kaumātua. It shows that they are not embracing the Mana but embracing the Hollywood.

Always poised, calm, and well spoken! Coach Ganot, you are a treasure to this Hawaii basketball program despite what some of your detractors might say. If anything use it to your advantage as I'm sure you will;). You are a great human being as well. You've always been gracious and thoughtful to Hawaii it's culture and people, so thank you again for all you do for Hawaii Basketball and the state of Hawaii.

Craig Angelos is an effing joke! Timmy Wang is gonna stay stuck in neutral with this program, possibly even regress.

This program was fun to watch during the June Jones era, and part of the Rolovich era. Unfortunately, the program got soft and they chased off their last coach, because he was too hard-nosed with the players. That softness has cost them, badly. But I get it, the kids just wanna chill and play football for fun, and maybe make some NIL money or get paid under the table in other ways. Timmy Wang-Bang was available on the cheap, with his first HC gig, and he was a feel-good, home-boy, and diversity hire. The UH program knew they were up to their knees in sh**, with Aloha Stadium being decrepit, and having to play their next number of years at a practice football complex. No worthwhile head coach is gonna want that trash, so Timmy Wang-Bang fits the bill perfectly. If they get lucky and the program gets better, the admin looks like heroes. If they fail miserably, Wang-Bang helped them sell some tickets and merch during the drizzle-craps years of the program, at least until they can get a new stadium, and a new head coach. Risk vs reward favors the athletic director, win or lose. But man, it seems Wang-Bang is in over his head. Wish him the best, but the program is pretty bad. Struggling against FCS schools, is rough. Team isn't disciplined well, at all. Time to put on the big-boy pants now, Timmy. You can't be the friend with your players. Yeah, you can try to be cool and "relate" to them with the BRADDAHHOOD nonsense, but if you legit want to win and build your credentials as a HC, then it's time to shape the eff up and get the job done. Mahalo.
