She really is the female singer of singers! Mesmerizing, Magical, Gorgeous, are words not enough for this Angel. You played this song "My Heart Will Go On" , and, you know every song she sings is Over the Top Outstanding, and even better than the original, i think, anyways. By your reaction, now why not this song? She was 15 when she sang this, but that doesn't matter. This girl does not falter, even at this young age. Now, think on this----Her favorite singer is Celine Dion, and her (Celine) most famous song is "My Heart Will Go On" So, Lucy sang this beautifully, and to perfection. A copy of 'The Broons'. In context, we have a Sunday paper with a fun section and has two main comic strips. 'Oor Wullie' and the 'Broons'. Every year an annual is released and they leapfrog. Everyone in Scotland knows them. but very few outside of Scotland. I still read them when I need cheering up.

Thx for the nice reaction. Patty is an independent musician from Germany, so no label or management has any say in what she's doing. Her artist name derives of course from her main instrument - the hurdy-gurdy - but on her new album "Tavern" (this video is the third single from it) she also plays recorders, octaveharpa (that's something like a bass-version of the old swedish folkinstrument nyckelharpa), celtic harp and percussions. Patty has a strong folkmetal-background as a former member of the German piratemetal-band Storm Seeker and for a short time also of the folkmetal-band Harpyie. Nowadays she has become a guest-/touring-musician for Alestorm (Piratemetal-band, founded in Scotland) and is confirmed for their next tours and festivals, such as the Paganfest-tour, their Australia/NZ-tour and the festivals in Europe in 2025, following her featuring on the Alestorm-song "Voyage of the Dead marauder", which was the seventh Alestorm-song with Patty so far. Patty herself has her own YT-channel and released many songs from different genres and videos to explain the hurdy-gurdy on it since her main goal there is to get the hurdy-gurdy into the musical mainstream. Well, she is closing up to 100 million views in total there, but there is still some ground to cover for that, I guess. Fun facts: To have Marko Hietala as a partner in this song was proposed by Arjen Lucassen (Ayreon) and he made the contact. Patty played the hurdy-gurdy on his album "Transitus" (2 songs) and obviously they are still in touch. The video was shot after the Tuska-festival 2024 (Finland) where Patty performed with Alestorm and the camera-guy was the "standard-photographer" of Alestorm. So you might call this video a German-Finnish coproduction with some Dutch and Scottish assistance ...
