How to restore old solar lights
Hi friends, this method works. For this project you will need the following:
1. Bucket/bowl filled with water and dish soap
2. Dish scrubber/Dry Cloth
3. Rust-oleum clear gloss (non-yellowing and UV resistant)
4. 400/1500 grit wet or dry sandpaper
5. Painter's tape
6. Isopropyl achohol
7. Spray bottle with water

did it actually work?
Try rubbing toothpaste on the solar panel with a cloth comes off right away then run under the cold water tap problem solved in half the time
