Do you think a high viscous liquid like hot honey or chocolate would also work on a turbine meter? I know is ideal a positive displacement , but I am just curious if it would work if we can calibrate pulse output vs volume through turbine.. Thanks.

They all do the same thing. Gyrolok are just as good
The fittings are made up properly with a certain number of turns rather than a torque measurement. One and a quarter turns (from finger tight) for sizes 1/4" - 1". Three-quarters of one turn for sizes 1/16" to 3/16".
