Surah Yaseen / Ya-Sin (يٰسٓ) is the 36th chapter of the Qur’an and is located in the 22nd para (Juz).
It consists of 83 verses
Surah Yasin strongly emphasizes Tawheed, the belief in the oneness of Allah. It reminds readers of Allah's supreme power, boundless mercy and unparalleled knowledge . The surah calls people to worship Him alone, highlighting that He is the only one worthy of devotion and submission.
According to a Hadith, the Prophet (S.A.W.) said that reciting Surah Yaseen in the early part of the day will fulfill one's needs. This includes worldly needs as well as needs related to the Deen and the Hereafter.
Reciting Surah Yaseen has many benefits, including:
Forgiveness of sins: Reciting Surah Yaseen and asking for forgiveness can lead to the forgiveness of misdeeds.
