I do hybrid. Each job is different. I do an estimated time for the project to be complete and create a payment schedule based on the scope of work. Any additional time on project management is hourly! For small or day projects it's just a series of hours at the full design rate.

Most AirBNB host I have reached out to are CHEAP and want stuff done QUICKLY

Would love the ability to save contract as a pdf file and print so we can secure a physical signature from client and contractor and then upload the signed document to DesignFiles client portal. We work with many clients who do not use technology, this would enable us to track everything for them in DesignFiles.

This is great, question: If I group line items will they still be itemized in QB or will it be grouped into the one line item?

Is there a way to add installation labor but hide the entire line item for installation labor, yet still have it calculate in the total?

Can the created 3-D rooms be saved as a PNG or JPEG and then be brought in as a room backdrop for 2-D product perspective (so we can use actual furniture pieces on top of the room we created)?

This was helpful but some clients are still going to want to sit test, free shipping and return. Most of my clients are still going to want this type of flexibility.

I love Design Files, i tried other softwares and keep coming back to DF because is so easy to use, like so user friendly and the all the features are everything i needed. Simple yet super powerful.

Do you have to do any Revit or sketch up designs?

I have to get a client first before I can get a photos of before and after. Well I have one, but that’s it.

My personal IG and FB have more followers than my business has
