Steve, I can't believe you got the '64 Giant raw for $9! It's an amazing card. Congrats again, my friend. It's time for me to finally start looking at '64 Giants.

Steve and John- As a Pinson devotee, I liked each of these choices. His ‘59 topps is an art card to me. But the ‘62 is one of my absolute favorites. Another is his ‘67 high number but it’s more than $35 probably. Great job guys. Enjoyed watching!

Hi Steve and John. Steve, those are interesting statistics on Pinson. I hope that he can get in. Unfortunately, I don’t hear much of a push for him, so I don’t see it happening. I did a video on the 74 Pinson. One of my favorite cards because it shows how interesting Topps photography was in the 70s. Vada actually swung and missed in the photo. The ball is in Thurman’s glove. Thurman is also on Vada’s 71 Topps card. You guys did well for $35. I know it is not your official entry, but that is a nice 59 Topps, Steve. The black inset color just makes the photo standout. The Topps Giant is a sharp looking photo of him in those classic pinstripe Reds vests. John, I love the 62 set and you got a beautiful Vada card. Nice pickup. I will be interested to see what you acquire for Koufax. Thanks for sharing.

What an amazing and entertaining idea fellas. Spin a wheel for dollar amount to spend and name of a player to get a card of. I’m a big fan and am going to go back and watch the other videos. I’m a Vada collector too. Have his rookie in Exmt condition. Will send in for grading before long. In fact, I was considering doing an all rookie card sub and then doing a blind reveal video on it

Great job guys! As you know, I’m a Vada Pinson collector. So, I have been eagerly awaiting this episode and it didn’t disappoint. Both you guys picked up some awesome Vada cards. Hopefully, this episode will show people that he was a great player and has some really cool cards. Take care!

The problem with the thoughts of Pinson going in the Hall is that nobody has ever said that Steve Finley and Johnny Damon should be in the Hall of Fame and their stats are quite similar. I was a Pinson fan and I hope I am wrong and he makes it.

Man, amazing finds, fellas! I live them all! I love the 59 set, love the 62 set, and the Topps Giants! I have to go with the Topps Giants card Steve picked up. Sorry, John! Cardinals fans live Pinson as well. He should absolutely be in the HOF. Interesting stats with him and Mays. I had no idea. I love this series. Thanks for doing these gentleman!

I would say you did pretty good, particularly with the vintage stuff. The Yellow on the Rick Barry card is so vibrant it practically looks like highlighter. I had not noticed that the holo on the McDonalds cards was shaped like the double arch. crazy.

Hi Steve, you selected three good people in the community. I watch every video of all three. Andy and CK do share stories and express the meaning behind their purchases, which I like. Jason, is very supportive of many channels and has done a good job getting involved with the community through livestreams and supporting other channels. Best of luck in your pursuit of the Aaron rookie. Like you, I typically don’t spend over $500 on any single card, unless I sell something or have a savings plan in place. I typically don’t even do that because there are so many cards within my comfort zone that bring me joy. Take care

Hi Steve, $12 per card is such a great deal! I’m glad you were able to take advantage of it by sending in some of your modern basketball cards. I loved 1990 SkyBox when it first came out-I bought quite a bit of it, especially singles of the Tim Hardaway rookie. I must have had around 15 of those! I was a huge fan of that card and the Run TMC Warriors. The Magic, Jordan, and Bird cards-my basketball version of the Holy Trinity-look stunning slabbed. I am so grateful I was able to watch them in their primes at an age where I remember and appreciate it. I am not much of a fan anymore, but the NBA was magical back then. The 1970 Elgin has such a fantastic image, and basketball cards really shine in that tall, thin format. It complements the athletes perfectly. Congrats on the Thurmond grade as well! It’s always fun to see these reveals and watch your graded card collection grow. Thanks for sharing!

Hey Steve! Great returns. I completely missed out on this special. I’ve never sent a card to be graded but have a stack for whenever I decide to finally do it. That Nate Thurmond looks fantastic. Congratulations on that grade as well as the grade on the Barry. Always fun to see some 90’s Skybox as well. The Bird, Magic and Jordan’s look nice in the tux. Well done.

Those Kellogg’s are almost impossible to get higher grades on. Beautiful card and love these preview - reveal videos!
