yes they do at least in the informal setups. However, its mostly Finnish or Swedish elsewhere.

Yes we do. But it’s the same basic rule as in EU

I really like oulu but im a bit dissapointed that oulu Eden spa had to close down it was on such a nice place I wonder if it will ever open again 🤗😔🏖
