    If firmament is meant to be a hard object that holds water above us, how is it that birds are able to fly on top of this firmament (Gen 1:20)? When we see birds fly in the sky, are they actually flying in water? If ancient people believed birds flew in water and somehow were able to break through this solid firmament to get to that water, we'd need to see some evidence of this.

    Thanks for the update on the goals that you had set for yourself early in the year. You mentioned two goals, but I seem to recall that you had three, with the third goal having to do with the number of views and/or subscriptions/memberships. Is that right? Also, for some reason I can't find that video where you stated these goals. Has it been taken down?

    Stay with me: in the garden God told Eve that her seed would stop on the serpents neck. Women do not have “seed” unless it’s the Female Only Mitochondria- Mitochondrial Eve. Hence the heavy focus on the genealogy of the me. Except for 5 very specific times.

    Upload whenever you can! I enjoy your analysis. Your series on Daniel were great. Most religious people can't and won't ever acknowledge that Daniel was talking about an alternate apocalypse occurring during the time of the Maccabees. To see into true scholarship is to be a Prophet.

    One way of being more successful on youtube is having friends. What I mean by that? Well, do some interviews with popular atheist and/or apologists by interracting with them, being on their channels will make you grow faster. Ofc, your approach is academical and there is much toxicity on both of those sides (populat apologists and atheists) and you dont want to pick such sides...

    12Do you see a man [who is unteachable and] wise in his own eyes and full of self-conceit? There is more hope for a fool than for him. I am no paid pastor. I am born-again Jesus life and truth lover. And I hate lies. Making Jesus a mere angel is blasphemie, and they do not love truth or Jesus. This is a fact by the Holy Spirit of truth speaking to you. Luke 9:18And it came to pass, as he was alone praying, his disciples were with him: and he asked them, saying, Whom say the people that I am? 19They answering said, John the Baptist; but some say, Elias; and others say, that one of the old prophets is risen again. 20He said unto them, But whom say ye that I am? Peter answering said, The Christ of God. Do you think those, including Herod who thought Jesus was John the Baptist are going to make it? No way!! They believed the lie. JW's watering down the fact that Jesus is God will NOT make it. This is a fact. John 3:11Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness. 12If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things? 13And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.

    Samuel and Kings are "good history"? They were written in the sixth century BC, about five hundred years after the events they describe.

  • @desi76

    I find it hard to conclude that the raqia refers to an atmospheric dome. Moses writes that (paraphrase): "God created a firm expanse (raqia) in the midst of the deep waters, displacing the waters, but some waters were trapped beneath the firm expanse. Then God exposed the surface of the firm expanse and called the firm expanse, dry ground. Then God caused all manner of vegetation to grow from the dry ground and called it, land." Following Moses' train of thought, it's hard to conclude that raqia refers to a crystal dome in the atmosphere or to notions of a flat earth. It is more reasonable that Moses is referring to the vast, expansive, continental landmass as raqia.

  • @kingcalv10
    @kingcalv10 หลายเดือนก่อน

    This is poor scholarship, your portrayal of Matthew as some kind of bad guy is disingenuous and subtly blasphemous. How do you reconcile the fact that Mark does not record the words of John the baptizer who called them a brood of vipers, giving validity to that portrayal. Shall we then call Mark the leniency Gospel? Even luke records that John baptizer account. How about in Mark 15:10-12 where Mark portrays the leadership as responsible. Or in John where countless times we are told of their desires to kill the Jesus. Even Jesus Himself described the leadership as children of the devil in John 8:44 You are pushing a narrative which requires you to skip over certain details as I have said. You undermine that all scripture is GOD breathed. The differences are not to be ascribe to personal feelings as that is proven to be inconsistent as one reads beyond your selected examples. Poor scholarship, a man not interested in truth. Seek genuinely why those differences are there.

  • @Joergieman1
    @Joergieman1 หลายเดือนก่อน

    As in the video before this one, you are reading motives into Matthew's narrative. You are, in effect, judging Matthew as a bit twisted, are you not? You speak of overwhelming evidence for a certain unhealthy bias in Matthew, but I see no evidence for this. What I do see in Matthew is a man who is adding a dimension, a layer, to Mark's account. I have not seen any disagreement or contradictions between the two writers in your analysis, so I conclude that Matthew's emphasis is different than Mark's. Both are reporting historical facts, and their stories differ in details as is expected when two people look at the same thing. That is all. By way of illustrating my observation, imagine both of us going to a Trump rally. You focus on Trump's speech and the reaction from the crowd. I focus on the venue, the reporters and the clothes people are wearing. Once in a while we observe each other and add, edit or omit what the other is saying. Does this mean one of us is trying to undermine or contradict the other, or could we be complementing each other? I have been following your videos for quite some time, and your claim of objectivity and respect is getting stretched and wearing thin. I love the material you are presenting, so I hate to criticize you like this. You are sounding more like a person who enjoys speculating about motives and hidden agenda than discovering truth.
