A couple of friends were trying to make a Tools Scrapper shortbow build work and while I played around with the idea the Scrapper part doesn't work with my favor of Core Engineer builds.
So I mashed it with my Oops All Turrets build to make this which is quite fun. Able to poke from very far and often with different terrain, high hitters are if you can stack all the 10% Strike modifiers to getting 40% bonus (plus any might you pick up from teammates) has gotten me an 8k Rocket hit before.
Biggest downside of the build is mobility. You can see where I have to use jukes, short escapes, etc to survive and lengthen fights but I lack any real quick movement. As such this build is probably worst on Capricorn with its wide open spaces.
