Foghashing C2 Home Immersion Mining Upgrade 2024
มุมมอง 715 หลายเดือนก่อน
A brief overview of my fluid immersion mining upgrade and how I use the excess heat from Bitcoin mining to heat my home quietly. Its surprisingly quiet and a very efficient use of the free heat generated from the mining process. Perfect, no, but with solar on my roof it becomes a cheaper way to mine coins and also heat my home at the same time. Otherwise I would just be selling all that excess ...
How I help to heat my home with a Bitcoin S19k Pro miner using excess solar energy.
มุมมอง 438 หลายเดือนก่อน
This is a quick overview of how I set up my S19k pro bitcoin miner to help heat my home in the winter months, then simply turn the miner around in the summer to vent the heat outside, using the same 8" flexible tubing. Subscribe and stay tuned as this project is just the beginning and I plan on adding a second miner very soon and a Fog Hashing C2 immersion set up in a few months.

I realize that these are random and every experiment will turn out different, but why not have some fun experimenting. After completing this it does feel like there was a pattern that developed, paying back at opportune times to keep me playing..I'm sure ...

120V Fluorescent to LED conversion IGT S+ Slot Machine
มุมมอง 9462 ปีที่แล้ว
In this video I detail my process of easily converting an IGT S Slot Machine using factory supplied 120V AC fluorescent tubes into cooler, more efficient 120V AC LED tubes. Its a simple process that just requires some careful planning and basic soldering or crimping tools to complete. Here is an Amazon link to the tubes I used www.amazon.com/dp/B00WLLHWBQ?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1
Easy no modification, LED conversion on a IGT S2000 Double Diamond Slot Machine
มุมมอง 2.8K2 ปีที่แล้ว
This video explains a simple upgrade from the standard florescent tubes to new brighter LED tubes. This conversion leaves no trace or permanent modification, it is 100% reversible. This upgrade will also save electricity and most importantly cabinet heat. Here is a link to the 4.2MM 2 prong Molex plugs and pins I used ($10 a pair). www.amazon.com/dp/B07D64NLKB?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_d...

Wow great job. Nice 1015!
Hi, where did you get the replacement plastics?
Hi Kevin, I got all of them on eBay from various sellers. I tried to find links, but they are all expired, the seller was www.ebay.com/usr/vintageinvestment
Masterpiece restoration. Wish I had one.
Cool man best whishes from ireland😊
Good,,,work,,😊😊😊
Where get you the game chips ?
Hello, I bought the exact bulbs and kit you used, made the exact moles wire and it won’t work.. I’ve tried reversing wires and nothing seems to work mine is EXACTLY like yours but bulb don’t light up, I bought the 2 pack and tried both bulbs in case one was bad and still nothing. Any help? Please
Wait… I ordered the 110-240AC bulbs.. I need the 10-30DC bulbs correct?
Nice,,work,,😊
Question my igt s2000 titanic doesn't have a netplex board the way your wiring the led lights. Can I install led light. Like s plus. By cutting the two wires from the ballast to the power wire.
Check the transformer for the existing Tubes, if it says 24v output then just follow these instructions. If its 120v then you would wire it like an S+ machine and I have another video for that.
Oh ! Oh! Ohhhhh........! ❤ 😊 ❤ 😊
Hello :). I have a question for you. I have a IGT S-Plus .How do you find the chip for the game Red White Blue? and how to even search for it? Thank you for your help :)
You should be able to play your songs in your own house, regardless of TH-cam
I want to make a total custom slot machine. I want to change all the glass out and the reels.
My printer has a malfunction causing it to say “handpay, call attendant” I can’t clear that malfunction. Any suggestions? Thanks
I have one but the platter is slightly bend the result is its got wow and flutter noise effect any solution?
Hello, outside of trying to maybe heat the platter some and working on removing the bend, I cant think of anything other than trying to locate a replacement. This may be hard, but check ebay, I have seen some hard to find parts there from time to time.
I have one of these. My Dad purchased 2 of them brand new right after WWII. He traded one of them in exchange to have the other restored in the mid 1980's. The restoration was done by someone in Grand Rapids MI.
宇宙飛行士!
FInal result is just perfect, smart idea - Thanks for sharing this idea! ❤
Excellent video! It looked extremely blue-ish and very strong, but when the glass was back it looked nice! Thanks for the idea and video ❤
Hey what size was that wrench you used on the nuts!! I need to know thanks
I have a Wurlitzer 1015 CD player the bubblers do 😢 9:11 not work, how can I get them to work.
I am not familiar enough with the newer units, but the old ones use a small heater pot on the bottom of the glass tubes that heats up a low boiling temp fluid and caused bubbles to climb inside the tubes. Check for those pots and then check the connections to make sure they are getting power to them. I hope that helps some.
Thanks for the video !
Can we please talk. I will be happy to pay you for your time.
Sorry Greg, I missed your comment.
Can you please make me that conversation kit wire? I have the same machine and the reel light went out. Please help
I apologize Greg, I don't get notifications on these videos, so I didn't see your request in time.
Un rêve !! que dire ............magnifique😍😍😍!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm the same age as this beautiful Werlitzer and it's in better shape than I am.... LOL 👍👏😊❤️
Best twenty bucks I never spent!!
Oh, yes, with a $100, you can play on this machine forever. I usually wind up getting bored and cashing out.
Hmm..🤔 ...soooo... they're NOT a non profit organization?.. SHOCK!!! But I do appreciate this video. Ive been hankering to go to the casino this and last weekend... I've been reminded why i stopped going. Thank you.
The machine actually returned more than 100% of your initial buy-in, just now all at once. But they are designed to take you money, and that's what it did. Cheers.
98% payback is over the course of a million spins
Looks easy enough. Thank you for sharing.
How much to buy a slot machine $¢$
How much to buy
In Vegas the payout is ZERO.
In Vegas the payout is actually the highest lol
The 98% payback is over millions of spins. You aren't seeing any meaningful patterns without making at least several hundred thousand spins.
i think its 15 million spins and they can set it from 89-98 percent
Hi i was expecting a big win when you showed the pay line.
I like the channel good info
Thank you for the comment.
Always hard to get line hits when the double bars start showing up. As they are the hardest line hit to get. 55 years of playing classic machines has given me this knowledge. And yes familiar with RNG but the machines also have a program. And can be somewhat predictable, but only the classics. Not the new reimagined machines they mimic the classic machines.
Interesting, it sure feels like they are fixed to pay at certain times and events, especially when you run low on funds, then they seem to pay you just enough to continue on for a while longer until eventually its all gone.. LOL
Hi, I have exactly the same problem. I only had the reel noise on a stereo channel and disconnected it and switched the slot both speakers to mono.
Thanks for the info
I was actually the first person to discover this and post about it on nlg. Good video but some info that your video is not clear on. Its not just 502 rev a boards with this problem. Its all 504 rev a boards and before. Some 504 rev a boards may have this upgrade done from factory. Any 504 rev b board Will either be a rev a board with this mod done or a true rev b board is actually a completely re designed board that ties the ground plane into the mpu tray and into the chassis.
Thank you for the added information, hopefully that will help someone someday.
Indian casinos don’t pay out 98%… this machine got more line hits than any Double Diamond machine I have played at an Indian casino… Twenty dollars would have gotten eaten up alive!!!
Machines are set up to be adjusted they only have to be set to acertain percentage to payback which varies from state to state what that means i heard on youtube
It's interesting how it seemed the entire time you were going up and down, the overall trend was a slow decline in your bankroll.
Definitely, that's how they get you. LOl
@@retrorestorations282 They nickle and dime you down to ZERO about 98% of the time !!!
Do you got a link to that Fiverr scan page?
My compliments, what a metamorphose, such a renovation, in a brand new state 1946 Wurlitzer 1015 Jukebox, Congrats, would like to hear it playing too?
Thank you! Stupid TH-cam makes me mute the original audio for copyright issues, even the oldies have someone getting paid..sigh.
You have great restoration skills and I know that this was not easy. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you so much Mike! It’s a labor of love, working on these old machines gives me peace and a great sense of accomplishment to bring them back to their former glory.
Like 2💫 Wow That Historical Slot Machine Said Help Me and That You Did.. Very Cool 🎰 HeeHawww 👋🤠Nice Restore
Thanks so much!!
Love the Lid and the project. I am currently renovating a Wurlitzer Cabarina and need to do something similar - my one has been painted blue! Currently everything stripped out and just seeing if the sides will come off to replace with new wood. Similar to yours, I am hoping a good clean is all that is required bar the woodwork but you have certainly given me a few ideas!
Sounds like a fun project, I really enjoyed restoring this one and I like the lounge feel of the box. When closed it just looks like an old console box, but when opened it has a commercial feel and operation. Good luck on your restoration. Wood veneers are not as hard as one thinks. If required, just re veneer the sides and start over. Thanks for the comment!
@@retrorestorations282 Thank you re the veneer and will bear that in mind. This morning I have lightly forced one of the sides and I think these will come off - after I fully overcome the hidden dowels and glue - Need to wait for the better weather so I can remove - replicate and replace in the same day. Question - Did you consider painting the inside of yours at all...? for a cleaner / brighter effect... any downside do you think... (I am not doing this for resale or value - just self!)... Honest thoughts welcomed... even if harsh :-)
@@rayhollister1264 I don’t think you will hurt the long term value of the machine by painting the inside. Paint is easily removable so I say go for it. I heavily modified my lid because I had to re create the whole thing from scratch anyway and a new one could easily be made if anyone ever wanted to return it to original condition. The original lid was water damaged beyond repair.
@@retrorestorations282 My Cabarina has been stripped bare and put back together - Glass (ordered) lid planned but still just getting over some technical's - turntable turns but cant select at present... going through some fault finding!
Love the video, great work on the restoration.... The music started get a little scary to me though.... Lol....
Thank you, It really stinks that I can’t play the original 78’s in the machine for fear of copy right issues. I agree the stock music is pretty lame, it takes away from the nostalgia of the era for sure.
@@retrorestorations282 no problem.... It's awesome that you brought life back to the Wurlitzer 1015....
@@fredrickadams7749 Your comments are very much appreciated. I don’t do these for TH-cam views and I’m not even monetized, so hearing feedback from others that appreciate bringing the old stuff back to life instead of trashing it for the “next thing” keeps me motivated. Now I just have to find them. 😊
WOW! Love it
