I'm having a hard time animating still cartoon pics. The characters keep moving the mouth, as if they were talking. The point is: how can I avoid that mouth talking movement? It seems impossible to make it work without it.

This is the worst the tech will ever be. It will ONLY get better.

I fucking hate sora. The glaring downside here is that when you ask an AI image or video model to imagine something fictitious, it will make something based on our own representations of that fictitious thing. When you ask Sora to show you an alien walking around New York City, you hope it will be able to show you something you've never seen before. Instead it shows you some goofy muppet-looking thing that could have been cheap special effects from a 1980s movie.
