I pull this and drape it over something round overnight, covering the ends in plastic so they don’t dry out. Then attach it the next day

By the sounds of it, there's a lot of buyers there. Did you say, "Capitola"? Is that Capitola beach town near Santa Cruz, Ca.?
Yes, exactly! And yes there were a lot of people drinking a lot of wine!!
Beautiful❤
Thank you Amanda! 😊
Perfectly awesome
Thanks! 😊
Oh, I want one!
Yay! It can happen!
Such beautiful stuff! I adore the teapots!!!
Aw thanks! Lots more coming soon!
Thank you for this!!😊
You are welcome! 🙏🏽
This is great !
Haha yay!
That is so cool!
Awesome!
Good to hear you sold some! And looks great❤ greetings from the Netherlands 🎉
Thank youuuuuuuuuuu!
Oh thats cool. You personally imprint your breath into each piece. Love it.
Yes i do, actually, throughout the process! I am always consciously exhaling!!
I gotta sell some stuff, hold on.. beautiful work!
These r so cute
Thank you!! I love them too!
Very interesting way to cut the clay whit this kitchen tool. Anyways it's be beautiful object! Did you make a handle? Have health. Kleanthis from Greece ♥️🏺
Yes, I did make the handle, but I didn’t film it.
Oh my gracious! This is awesome!
Thank you janet!

I think of this as a perfect moon bowl. This could be fun to have for the next eclipse .

Your work kind of reminds me of Eva Zeisel, i love it.

I didn't know this is existed, but now I want one! They look so beautiful!
Thanks!
So much beautiful blue like the Greek sea. Kleanthis from Greece. 🏺♥️
Yes the aegean!
Can you please share the wax resist and slip application steps?
It’s not slip, it’s glaze! I have made lots of videos of my process in the past but yes, next time I am doing that process i will film it!
Love the artistic and practical part of it! Chips and guacamole?!
Exactly!
Thats beautiful
Thanks!
Pottery looks like it'd be so therapeutic 😅
It is! Hands in the earth 🌏
Very beautiful ❤️
Thank you! 😊
I'm looking forward to seeing it finished ♡
Oh yes i think i posted that!
Oh man that came out nice!
Thanks! 🙏🏽🙋🏻♀️🙏🏽
Lovely! 🎉
Thank you! 😊
Perfection. The pictures of you with the jar at the end of the clip.........stunning!
Thanks Janet!!!!! ❤
Thank u very much!!That is 100% effective on my iron dutch oven that has stucked lid❤
Awesome!
I’d love to do this but I’m pretty scared to use my electric kiln for Raku!! How brave of you to open that lid and delve in!! Beautiful effects too! You inspire me to be more intrepid in my makes!! 🤗
Just stay away from the elements-it’s pretty easy! If you are nervous you can turn the power off while you unload but in my experience it hasn’t been necessary
Thank you! I love your “blate” glazing too! The blue is lovely!
You did that with ONLY one pound of clay?? Incredible!!
Yeah 👍🏽😎🙋🏻♀️
Beautiful! Once again you’ve inspired me. You were very brave with the raku firing and wow did it pay off! So good❤
Yay!
It's so beautiful! Did you throw it or hand built it? ❤
Always a thrower!
Agreed! Thought it was just me!😂
🥳🙋🏻♀️🤩
I love the music and that final product is GORGEOUS
Yay! Thanks 🙏🏽
I had a whole paragraph typed and fumbled my phone but long story short I love how chunky monkey your pieces look. Very traditional yet classy and functional.
Haha chunky monkey?? Lol thanks i think!! 😂
🎉
🎉🎉🎉
I love this!
Yay! Thanks
Beautiful ❤
Thanks! 🙏🏽
The pro move, under the deck with the lid hook. Noice!!
Haha yes!
Gorgeous!
Aw Thank you dearest! 😊
I can't wait to see these. Ive been thinking about the glaze shrinkage , but does raku low temps avoid the glaze firing shrinking?
Glaze shrinkage or clay shrinkage? My raku fire is about the same temperature as my bisque, so no shrinkage at all in the raku. 👍🏽😎💪🏽
That is the cutest tea pot!😍
Yay! Thanks 😊
Oh this is beautiful
Aw thank youuuuuuu!
❤
❤️🙋🏻♀️🙏🏽
That's very beautiful. I could never do this.
I’m so happy with it!
👏
Thank you!
